Rule 5 draft: who is there? Who should the Giants get?

The rule 5 draft includes many, but I like: Kie Igawa, Chuck Lofgren, Alan Horne. I would draft Igawa personally. He is 28 years old, good numbers in Japan, and a strong minor league record. He still has a lot to prove in the majors, but he has a high ceiling.

Alan Horne is also one of my favorites: The Mets farmhand could have a medium ceiling.
